Sod grass is a perishable product. All sales are final.

Sod grass cannot be returned once it is harvested, and is not re-stockable. All grass sales are final.
Orders
When you place an order with Lafayette Sod, you are responsible for receiving your sod once it is harvested and delivered. We harvest your grass fresh from the farm in the quantity you ordered, scheduled for your delivery date.
Once your order is processed and the sod is harvested for delivery, your order cannot be canceled or refunded.
If you need to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours after scheduling, and you must talk to a representative directly over the phone. No cancellations can be made via email, text, voice mail, or fax.
Returns and Refunds
All grass sales are final. We do not accept returns of harvested sod under any circumstances. Sod is a living, perishable product, and once it leaves the farm it cannot be returned to inventory.
Reimbursement or compensation, of any type, will not be given if delivery is not made during the original time frame quoted. We will not reimburse for standby time or labor if delivery is late or unable to be made on the scheduled date.
