SMS / Text Message Communications
If you submit a phone number through one of our forms and check the SMS consent box, you are giving Lafayette Sod express written consent to send you text messages related to your sod order, delivery, scheduling, and occasional service updates.
What kinds of messages you may receive
- Order and delivery updates such as confirmation, scheduling, dispatch, and arrival notifications
- Customer service replies when you ask a question or request a quote
- Occasional account or service notifications tied directly to your order
We do not send purely promotional or marketing text messages without separate consent.

SMS data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in information or mobile phone number with any third party for marketing purposes. Your number is used only for the order and service communications described above and is shared only with the messaging service provider that delivers the text messages on our behalf.
Children's Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Lafayette Sod does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.
